On Monday, January 25th, Umberto Eco has opened the new cycle of meetings with writers organized by Palazzo Grassi. The conference, titled Vertigo of the list, arrived for the first time in Italy after the inauguration of the review of appointments imagined by the Professor Eco at the Louvre in Paris.

Over 400 people attended the meeting in a crowded atrium of passionate readers. The concomitance with the annual seminar of the Scuola per librai Umberto e Elisabetta Mauri has gathered at Palazzo Grassi the great names in Italian publishing, from Inge Feltrinelli to Achille Mauri, Ulrich Hoepli, Giulio Lattanzi.

 The next meeting, with Melania G. Mazzucco who will speak of the “Angelo di Tintoretto”, will be held at Palazzo Grassi on February 25th at 5 pm.
