On Thursday, February 25th was held the second meeting "stories of art".Melania G. Mazzucco presented his last two books "La lunga attesa dell'angelo" and "Jacomo Tintoretto ei suoi figli. Storia di una famiglia veneziana "published by Rizzoli, which paint a double portrait, the painter Tintoretto and his daughter Marietta, in a sixteenth-century Venice meticulously rebuilt.
More than 250 people gathered at Palazzo Grassi for a fascinating journey in the past, accompanied by the most famous paintings of Tintoretto projected on the screen of the atrium and the tale of his family told from the voice of the author, in one of the privileged places of contemporary art in Venice.
The next meeting "Stories of the art" with Edoardo Boncinelli, geneticist and a passion for literature and Greek culture, will take place Monday, March 29th at 5 pm, at Palazzo Grassi. <<
