L'Opera Parla

Exploration of Contemporary Art

Palazzo Grassi and the scientific committee of Punta della Dogana present a series of gatherings to explore the works of various artists from the exhibitions In Praise of Doubt and The World Belongs to You, organised in collaboration with professors from the University Ca' Foscari, the IUAV of Venice and the Accademia di Belle Arti.

L'Opera Parla is a cycle of art talks which will be held in the museums' spaces, in one of the two exhibition sites depending on the programme and artwork under discussion. Conceived as a journey that every Wednesday at 5pm is offered to all visitors of In Praise of Doubt or The World Belongs to You, this cycle is set up as the first real platform for interdisciplinary exchange among students and docents of the three universities of Venice, between the university and the city.
