AIGA Congress - Old and new prospections of the code of cultural heritage

The Teatrino di Palazzo Grassi hosts the AIGA - Italian Association of Young Lawyers congress with conferences and talks dedicated to legislation in the field of art. After a first appointment dedicated to the theme of artworks created by artificial intelligence, this time the focus is on the upcoming reform of the Italian Codice dei Beni Culturali e del Paesaggio (code of Cultural Heritage and Landscapes). Several issues related to archives, alienations, international treaties, public and private partnerships, movement of artworks, which are part of the delegation of power granted to the government by the Italian Parliament in terms of cultural heritage, are discussed on this occasion.
