Identity and Belonging
Teatrino di Palazzo Grassi

The Teatrino di Palazzo Grassi hosts the talk “Identity and Belonging”, as part of a series of initiatives organized by the Libreria MarcoPolo in Venice for the 2019-edition of the Feminist Book Fortnight. The review, launched in England and Ireland in 2018 thanks to a group of independent bookshops, presents a cycle of talks on feminist books. This year the review takes also place in Venice, where the participants will talk about the concept of “transit” of body and space.

Michela Murgia, writer, screenwriter, radio and Tv reporter, leads the talk about gender and social identity with Vincenzo Branà, journalist and president Circolo Arcigay Il Cassero, and Elvira Mujcic, Italian-Bosnian writer.

Free entry until capacity is reached.

The event is in collaboration with Libreria MarcoPolo di Venezia.
