Lezioni d'artista with Emily Jacir
Teatrino di Palazzo Grassi

Designed as a tribute to the legendary “Artists on Artists” conferences of the Dia Art Foundation, Artist Lessons is a program of events in which international artists are invited to select a single artwork, an exhibition, a movie, a memorable character or any cultural production relevant for their educational path around which they would articulate a public presentation of 45 minutes.

The second appointment of the cycle is with artist and filmmaker Emily Jacir (1972, Bethlehem). She is co-founder of the project Dar Yusuj Nasri Jacir for Art and Research, which organises in Bethlehem workshops, seminars, Masterclasses, a artist residency and hosts a research center dedicated to Ottoman artefacts from the 19th and early 20th century.
