Masterclass Teens with Yuri Ancarani
Palazzo Grassi presents a cycle of talks, screenings and Masterclasses with filmmaker Yuri Ancarani. From 14 to 17 June, he leads a Masterclass for teenagers aged between 15 and 20 focused on the audio-visual language and to develop an understanding of the tools of film production.
The Masterclass starts with the screening of Yuri Ancarani's last film, Atlantide (2021), set in Venice and its lagoon. The students explore the local territory with the director's gaze to then produce original video materials to analyse and edit together with the filmmaker.
The Masterclass will take place at the Teatrino di Palazzo Grassi and in Venice and its lagoon. It will be led in Italian.
How to participate
The Masterclass is opened to teenagers aged 15 to 20 interested in cinema, video and its languages.
Maximum 15 participants.
