Open workshop - How to cook clouds with Ryoko Sekiguchi and Sugio Yamaguchi

Palazzo Grassi - Punta della Dogana, on the occasion of the ongoing exhibitions, presents a series of open workshops. The third appointment is with author and translator Ryoko Sekiguchi and chef Sugio Sekiguchi, dedicated to discovering the exhibition “Luogo e Segni” by cooking and savoring recipes of clouds – a key ingredient in Japanese cuisine.
The workshop is open to adults and children, from 8 years of age and older.
Participation is free until capacity is reached.
